Today is the first day of our new 2-project funded under Erasmus+. The project aims at using the storytelling approach in a radio environment as a means of communication and a way of integrating refugees in the community.
Storytelling has a great potential to attract and motivate people to learn, to connect with others and to express themselves. It offers a common approach to personal development and learning that has the potential to unite the different sectors in a community because of being interactive, immediate and very personal. Through storytelling, refugees will be motivated to express themselves and share their life story with the hosting community. Continue reading

The GEP VET project partnership met on the 30th of October in Göttingen, Germany for its third transnational meeting. The main aims were to wrap up and give feedback after the two-day Train-the-Trainers session, just held in Akademie Waldschlösschen in the suburbs of Göttingen, as well as to assign next steps and responsibilities, in regard with the national piloting of the main project product – the online tool-box of training materials on entrepreneurship.
During the meeting the project partners decided on the next steps:
In the last week of October, in the secluded and welcoming atmosphere of Akademie Waldschlößchen, the GEP VET project partnership organized a two-day training session for the consortium trainers on the freshly elaborated training materials on entrepreneurship.
The training workshop was meant for each partner to introduce the training modules on entrepreneurship, assigned to their organization, and also to conduct an exemplary training session with an in-depth look at certain modules and activities of the curriculum for the rest of the participating trainers.
The LBB team initiated the piloting phase with a train-the-trainer workshop that aimed to introduce the concept of the LBB method and draft working materials to those trainers that endeavoured to pilot the LBB tools. The workshop that took place in October 2013 was attended by linguists (AT, FR, UK) and professionals directly involved in the routine work in prisons (BG, DE, NL). Continue reading
