The PROVIDE team invites you to a professional development course. In two consecutive training courses we intend to train a small number of energetic and experienced teachers/trainers. We invite you to be part of that team! Together you will prepare a professional learning project in your school/context. During the course you will be supported by the PROVIDE team. Back home you are expected to involve a few teachers/trainers to plan and realise a learning trajectory focussing on open competence oriented learning and teaching.
The first training course meeting will be on February 24th and 25th in Alden Biesen, Belgium. During the second course meeting in June/July (dates still to be determined) in Heerlen, the Netherlands, the emphasis will be on the actual validation of the learning outcomes of the planned learning experience.
So you will be trained to be a facilitator of professional development among vocational/adult learning teachers, and for validating the outcomes of it.
The course follows a sequence of brief inputs, dialogues among participants and impulses that support the action planning of the participants.
