MILES is turning learning into classroom action. After months of teacher trainings and webinars on disinformation, fake news, prebunking strategies, and AI-driven manipulation, the project is now entering an exciting new phase.
Across partner countries, we are running co-design workshops with teachers to transform the knowledge gained during the training into practical classroom resources. Together, educators are helping to shape student-friendly activities, exercises, and learning materials that will form the MILES Student Toolbox. The goal is to ensure that the tools are not only pedagogically sound but also engaging, relevant, and easy to use in real classroom settings.
By involving teachers directly in the design process, we can build resources that truly respond to the realities of today’s learning environments and the challenges students face when navigating digital information.
Next up: student workshops across Europe, where these newly developed materials will be tested and further refined with young learners themselves.
Stay tuned as MILES continues to bring media literacy from theory into everyday classroom practice.
