How can regions, SMEs and workers successfully navigate the green and digital transition?
These questions were at the heart of the TRANSFORM Info Day organised by BUPNET at the University of Kassel.
The event brought together representatives from education and training, SMEs, labour market organisations and regional stakeholders to discuss emerging skills needs and future workforce challenges. Participants learned about the TRANSFORM project, explored the opportunities offered by the upcoming training programme and gained insights into the Smart Skills Intelligence Portal currently under development.
The discussions highlighted the growing importance of workforce resilience, lifelong learning, career guidance and transferable skills in times of rapid change. Participants particularly appreciated the opportunity to exchange experiences and perspectives during the networking session and showed strong interest in the project’s future activities.
