Can learning about the European Union also be an opportunity for dialogue?
The International Knowledge Party showed that it can.
Participants from different European countries came together online to exchange perspectives on European values, democracy and active citizenship. Alongside presentations of the project results, keynote speakers and participants reflected on how European legislation influences everyday life and why accessible information matters.
One of the most valuable aspects of the event was the exchange itself. People with different backgrounds shared experiences, asked questions and discussed how European topics can be communicated in ways that are easier to understand.
After all, understanding Europe is not only about receiving information—it is also about talking to one another.
