Before officially launching the Understanding EU platform, we wanted to hear directly from the people who will use it.
During our national feedback activities, participants explored the Digital Lexicon, watched the videos and navigated through the Knowledge Bits before sharing their impressions.
The feedback was encouraging. Participants appreciated the clear language, practical examples and the wide range of topics. At the same time, they provided valuable suggestions for improving navigation, visuals and interactive elements.
This process reminded us that developing digital learning resources is never a one-way process. Listening to users is just as important as creating the content itself.
Every comment helps improve the learning experience for future users.
