We are seeking submissions of innovative workforce development strategies that maintain and improve the motivation and productivity of older workers; strategies that enhance inclusion and age-diversity whilst supporting an organisational vision, and that create positive organisational outcomes.
The SASSI Awards aim to highlight and celebrate this good practice. The Awards will be presented at the SASSI Conference in Meppel, Netherlands on 18th May 2017.
Winners will receive a grant for their travel and accommodation costs.
Who can apply?
Any training, learning, talent, HR departments or line managers with people management responsibilities can apply (either alone or together with a helping organisation such as consultancy).

When is the closing date?
The competition entries are to be submitted by April 15th, 2017.
What can you win?
The winners will be invited to present their project at the SASSI Conference in Meppel, Netherlands, on 18th May 2017. They will receive a grant to cover their travel, accomodation and subsistence costs for a 2-day trip to Meppel.
Their projects will be widely disseminated on our SASSI website, in a dedicated newsletter, and in social media.
