In the early stages of the UNITE! project, we focused on one of the most important steps: listening to our participants.
Through surveys and interviews, we gathered in-depth insights into the needs, experiences, and goals of Ukrainian refugees currently navigating life in their new host countries.
This data helps us:
- Understand barriers to employment and inclusion
- Recognise individual strengths and ambitions
- Adapt our support structure to be as relevant and effective as possible
These findings now serve as a foundation for the next phase of the project: a tailored mentoring and support programme that builds on real experiences and real needs.
