Throughout November, our team spent valuable time getting to know the individuals behind the data — the Ukrainian newcomers who will take part in the UNITE Pilot Phase.
From informal meetings and personal exchanges to early mentoring conversations, we’ve had the chance to learn about:
- Their personal journeys and professional backgrounds
- Their hopes for stability, purpose, and belonging
- Their resilience and motivation to start over
These encounters remind us: every integration journey is unique. And successful support means building relationships based on trust, empathy, and mutual learning.
We’re now looking forward to supporting them through mentoring, competence-building, and social inclusion activities, starting in the coming weeks.
