In January 2026, partners of the TRANSFORM project gathered in Girona, Spain, for a productive transnational partner meeting. The meeting marked an important milestone in the project’s second phase, bringing together consortium members to review progress, align next steps, and prepare the upcoming piloting activities.
During the meeting, partners discussed the advancement of the Smart Skills Intelligence Portal, the status of the modular training courses, and the preparations for the piloting phase across partner countries. Particular attention was given to ensuring the quality, accessibility, and relevance of the learning offer for adult learners and SMEs operating in sectors affected by the green and digital transition.
The consortium also reviewed progress under the policy work package and agreed on the roadmap towards the Regional Policy Forums and the development of evidence-based policy recommendations.
The Girona meeting once again demonstrated the strong collaborative spirit within the TRANSFORM partnership and confirmed that the project is progressing in line with its objectives to support workforce reskilling across Europe.
