TRANSFORM Modular Training Programme Takes Shape

The TRANSFORM partnership has reached an important milestone in the development of its modular training programme designed to support adult learners and SMEs in the twin transition.

Over recent months, partners have worked intensively on the design and structuring of training modules covering:

  • green skills
  • digital competences
  • entrepreneurial competences
  • essential soft skills

The training offer is being developed as a flexible, user-centred learning pathway, ensuring accessibility for adult learners, including those with lower qualification levels or limited prior digital experience.

What makes the TRANSFORM training special?

The programme is:

  • demand-driven and based on the WP2 needs analysis
  • modular and adaptable to regional contexts
  • aligned with Smart Specialisation priorities
  • focused on practical workplace relevance
  • inclusive of vulnerable learner groups

The courses will be delivered through the Smart Skills Intelligence Portal, which will also provide self-assessment and skills intelligence tools for learners and SMEs.

The consortium is currently finalising the internal review phase, with piloting activities to follow in the coming months.
