Successful International Eco-Therapy Meeting Marks Culmination of Two-Year Erasmus+ Project

The final transnational meeting for the two-year Erasmus+ Eco-Therapy project took place virtually on January 18th and 19th, 2024, gathering all members of the international consortium. This pivotal video conferencing event played a vital role in finalizing the project’s activities as it approaches its conclusion in February 2024.

Representatives from participating countries and organizations convened on the digital platform to deliberate on various aspects of the project’s finalization. Over the past two years, the collaborative effort has focused on exploring the intersection of ecology and mental health, aiming to develop innovative approaches for promoting ecotherapy through nature-based interventions.

The meeting centered on essential discussions regarding the completion of project activities, ensuring that all objectives are met before the upcoming culmination in February. Consortium members reflected on achievements, addressed challenges, and extracted valuable lessons learned throughout the project journey, acknowledging the significant contributions of each partner.

As the project edges closer to its conclusion, sustainability emerged as a central theme. Participants engaged in in-depth conversations about the long-term impact of the Eco-Therapy project, underscoring the importance of sustaining and expanding its positive effects on individuals and communities.

The official conclusion of the project is slated for February 2024.
