The TRANSFORM project has entered its first key phase: the needs assessment. Across the partner countries, we are collecting insights through surveys and interviews with SMEs and stakeholders in the agri-food, energy, and tourism sectors. These early activities will inform the development of tailored training offers and career guidance measures. Our goal is to identify existing skills gaps and explore how we can better support upskilling and reskilling of employees and job seekers, especially in sectors affected by the twin transition.
