SASSI LLC – Establish yourself as a consultant

  1. Decide your goals. Second, you need to define the objectives of your offer: What do you want your target group to learn and achieve by the end of the education service? This will help you to find a clear structure and ensures that you are meeting the needs of your target audience.
  2. Define your target group – Have a clear understanding of who your content is for and define your target audience. What are the pain points and needs of your target audience? Decide if you want to advise individuals or companies.
  3. Build a professional network – Connect with other professionals in your field to establish credibility and gain referrals. A solid base of professional contacts and a social network can help you to promote and advertise your services
  4. Set your rates and establish a contract – Determine your fees and create a contract that outlines your services and expectations. Decide how you will bill your customers and clients. You may not receive high fees at the beginning but your charges increase as you become known as a consultant.
  5. Arrange for Advertising and Marketing – Determine the channels you will use to reach your target audience (social media, newsletter, brochures, paid ads in niche-specific journals, etc.) and determine the resources and budget you will allocate to your market activities. Your future clients should become aware that they need your ideas and advice.
