SASSI LLC – Digital Business

A digital business is the process of applying digital technology to reinvent business models and transform a company’s or a seller products and customer experiences—innovating products that create new value and connecting people with things, insights and experiences. Digital businesses are easy to get up and running from anywhere in the world, and there’s no better time to create one. People are increasingly jumping online to buy anything and everything, whether that’s handmade goods, professional services, or other products.

Steps to create a digital business:

  1. Define what you want to offer:  Focus on an area that you are 100% passionate about! There’s nothing more rewarding than dedicating yourself to what you love and if it is with your own business, so much the better.
  1. Study the market: How many people are interested in what you offer and where they are located? Who are the competitors that currently exist and the position they occupy in the market?
  1. Analyze the audience you want to reach: Think about your ideal costumer: user age range, demographic characteristics, location (specific city or local), occupation or main activity, interests and needs, and favorite social networks
  1. Define the brand of your business: This will be your letter of introduction to others! Define the name of the business, the logo, color palette, typography, tone in which you will address the user – they must identify you!
  1. Create your website and social networks: You will need a space for users to communicate with you and know where to buy the products/ services you offer. Choose the social channels your ideal client prefers and create strategic content that provides value to visitors
  1. Design the digital marketing strategy: Focus on creating strategies that allow you to identify the needs of your customers to offer them solutions through your products. This doesn’t mean that you will sell directly to them, but that you will create content that will be useful in their daily lives.
