As the TRAIL project nears its conclusion, we at BUPNET take a moment to reflect on the journey and its impact. From co-developing inclusive quality criteria to piloting activities with real learners, we’ve seen how inclusive learning mobility can transform lives—empowering individuals, building confidence, and opening doors to new experiences.
TRAIL has shown us that mobility should be for everyone, not just for the few. We’ve learned that the right support, the right framework, and a learner-centred approach can make European mobilities truly inclusive—even for those who face challenges that traditionally prevent participation.
But for us, this is not the end—it’s a new beginning. The TRAIL approach, with its focus on design-based collaborative learning, competence-oriented validation, and inclusive quality assurance, will continue to shape our work.
