On 8 October 2025, blinc carried out the second GBS Motivational Workshop at the premises of a local men’s choir in Bretzfeld. The group brought together adults with long-standing regional ties and diverse work and life experiences. To ensure a supportive learning environment, the facilitator introduced an adapted icebreaker activity that helped ease the group into the workshop content.
Participants engaged with the IKIGAI method, the skills-assessment components and the exploration of green-business possibilities. While familiarity with reflective tools varied, the group collaborated effectively and supported one another throughout the session.
The workshop concluded with several promising idea impulses and a clear willingness among participants to move into the mentoring phase. The event demonstrated the strong potential of green entrepreneurship education in rural settings.
