We’re excited to kick off UNITE (April 2025 – August 2026) — an EU-funded initiative supporting the integration of refugees from Ukraine by creating long-term employment pathways across Sweden, Germany, Austria, and Poland.
UNITE builds on proven methods and introduces:
• Mentor training & support tools
• Tailored coaching programmes
• Local pilot activities with 20–30 participants per country
• A blended approach combining mentoring, EU competence validation, and progression frameworks
Together, we aim to strengthen support systems, boost employment outcomes, and build a replicable model for sustainable inclusion into the labour market and society as a whole.
