Following the CPD training for facilitators, we at BUPNET are excited to pilot the TRAIL training concept with learners from various backgrounds. This phase allows us to test and refine the inclusive methods, validation strategies, and learning formats co-developed throughout the project.
Our pilots focus on accessibility, flexibility, and empowerment. Key tools we’re using include: reflective diaries, learning buddy systems, and modular content to increase accessibility and learner engagement.
After the first successful pilot experience in September 2024, we are confident that we can reach more learners who previously felt excluded from mobility opportunities. The feedback we received highlighted how structured support, emotional safety, and validation of informal competences can open new perspectives for disadvantaged adult learners.
