As part of our needs assessment, BUPNET conducted over 10 in-depth interviews with small and medium-sized enterprises in sectors such as ecological farming, energy solutions, and environmental services, as well as with represenatives of educational networks. Common themes included the lack of practical experience and soft skills in applicants, growing demand for digital competences, and the importance of adaptability and motivation. These insights will help shape the content of our training and the structure of our Smart Skills Intelligence Portal.
