great energy and motivation, we’ve officially launched the UNITE programme in the Göttingen region — and it truly feels like we’re taking off! 🎈
Our first language cafés have already taken place, bringing Ukrainian newcomers together in a welcoming setting to practise German and connect with others. The atmosphere was full of curiosity, laughter and mutual support — just the kind of start we had hoped for.
Around 10 participants have so far enrolled in the programme, and the first coaching and mentoring sessions are already underway. Together with our team of dedicated mentors and trainers, we are starting to explore individual goals, identify strengths and shape personal pathways towards employment and inclusion.
The picture from our team meeting truly captures the spirit of the occasion and is a symbolic beginning of a journey we are taking together. This project is about rising together — with trust, teamwork, and the right kind of wind beneath our wings.
