We are pleased to report strong engagement with our TRANSFORM survey. In Germany, over 30 individuals have already shared their views on their current skills, training needs, and career goals. Across the partnership, nearly 300 responses have been received so far. This input is invaluable as we move forward with developing training modules and smart mapping tools to support adult learners and SMEs.
