Our final training event will take place in October 2025 in Kaunas, Lithuania, hosted by the Third Age University (TAU). This special course will gather adult learners from diverse backgrounds—including different age groups, cultures, life experiences, and levels of mobility experience—for a truly intercultural and collaborative learning experience.
As a core example of inclusive mobility in action, the training will feature a Design-Based Collaborative Learning (DBCL) process. Participants will form intercultural teams and work together on a real-world challenge related to inclusive mobility. Through the design thinking approach, they will:
- Explore the challenge from multiple perspectives
- Share personal insights and barriers to mobility
- Co-create ideas to overcome inclusion gaps
- Build a prototype that offers a practical solution
The Kaunas event is not only a final highlight of the TRAIL project, but also a celebration of learner-led innovation, diversity, and empowerment through inclusive learning mobility.
