Developing Green-Business Ideas in the Bretzfeld Mentoring Groups

On 14 and 15 October 2025, blinc facilitated the mentoring sessions for Groups 3 and 4 at the clubhouse of the Adolzfurt Men’s Choir in Bretzfeld. Each group completed the full mentoring process within a single session, an arrangement that matched participants’ availability and ensured continuity. The meetings brought together adults with strong ties to the local area and a shared interest in sustainability-related topics.

Given the groups’ diverse experiences with entrepreneurial reflection, the facilitators adapted the pace and guidance where needed. Participants worked mainly in collaborative formats, exploring idea directions connected to the local context, such as food-related initiatives, community services or simple upcycling concepts. The supportive group dynamic encouraged everyone to contribute and helped clarify ideas.

By the end of each session, participants identified next steps they intended to pursue, including contacting local stakeholders and seeking additional knowledge. The sessions demonstrated the relevance of sustainability themes in rural communities and the value of guided group-based mentoring.
